Hotel advice please

Have a friend arriving on holiday next week for 10 days and would like to be able to use the facilities of a nice hotel - pool, beach, restaurant, bar, spa etc on a daily basis. Don't need accommodation. Hotel from Kyrenia to Lapta only. Has anyone any experience of this, looking for a recommendation and a guide on price. Thanks
