UNDER SINK HOT WATER HEATERS AND ELECTRIC SHOWERS
Has any one got these fitted ?
Can you buy them over in the North ?
If so do the shops have a good selection ?
What sort of costs ?
If you have them fitted how do you rate them ?
Thanks in advance

Re: UNDER SINK HOT WATER HEATERS AND ELECTRIC SHOWERS
Hi Kiblet, a instaneous electric water heater needs a electric supply of suitable size cables. The ones in my place would not take the load. I bought a heater off ebay that made widley exagerated boasts of what it could do from a 13 amp supply. totally useless, sent it back. A stored water heater for under the sink would work but it could be more cost effective to boil a kettle. Be careful and seek professional advice with regard to the wattage of the heater and cable size from your board.

why not get a gaz water heater that can be plumbed anywhere into your hot system but it needs to be a pressurised system they work like the old fashioned all fow type things just kicks in when you open the tap
Karaman, its not all wax jackets and green wellies anymore

Thanks Andrew but really wanted a quick and easy supply of hot water to feed wash basins, kitchen sink and shower.
I need to contact some electricians for advice, if any one could recommend please ? English speaking essential.

Havent seen any undersink heaters here Gas is the better option cheap to run and only used went you want it will feed 2 showers at a time provided you are on a pressurised system
