We went to the Service in Girne, organised so well by the RBL this morning. It was heartwarming to see so many people there, giving thought and thanks to the many who served in the forces to keep "us" free, or fought to keep others free, all over the world. 34 wreaths were laid, which we were told was possibly a record and shows how many expats here now are ex-servicemen.
Thank you to all the RBL members who worked to make it a solemn and dedicated occasion.

Re: Remembrance Service
I agree, a wonderful service and thankfully the weather held out for us
My husband and I would like to thank the RBL for organising this.
