I am trying to get an email address for the manager of Credit West Bank in Alsancak..

The 2 people I had as contacts (Ayse and Selda) both appear to have left. I tried the “contact us form on their website and that also came back as undeliverable.

I have tried phoning but it asks for my customer number but doesn’t recognise it.

I realise the bank will be closed due to Eid holidays.

I am currently in UK so not able to pop into branch..

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I emailed her Friday but am still waiting for her reply.

I realise it is Bayram now, so I will have to be patient.

Hope you have better luck than I did some months ago. I tried emailing ,texting Ayse and after two days got a text message to say I was in the queue as she had 2,000 emails to sort. !!!!!! Could have been a slip with the extra nought but it left me speachless.
