I think that the Classic Car Club would be your best source of information - Contact Tamer Konat on 0533 8611188

Ali would think they've charged you at the normal rate not included the classic. Are discount.

Re: Online Car Tax Renewal
Thanks to Keith and Terry for your advice and replies.
I have now heard from a very reliable source that "classic cars produced after 1983 can not get their road tax 60% discount at the moment because ministry of transportation are having a problem fixing an issue in their computer program. Representatives' of classic Car Club have complained this matter and visited government officials many times to solve this issue as over 100 owners are affected. " (so far)
So my new question is does one wait till matter is resolved with their computer program (and run risk of being fined by police) or pay now in the hope of getting money back at some future date?
