Olive Oil processing
Well it's that time of the year again, when we get our olive production processed into oil. Just in case you weren't aware you can take small amounts of olives to the factory and they will exchange it for oil. Last year we had 3 times the amount we currently have and waited while our olives were processed. This year we took what we had, weighed them there and were given a equivalent in olive oil. In and out again in 10 minutes, perfect. We used Geçitkale olive press.

Re: Olive Oil processing
This year I used the Sutluce Olive Factory. Last year I had 97kg of olives and produce 14lts of oil. This year I only had 49.5kg of olives and produced 13lts of oil. I was pleasantly surprised and had harvested the olives 2 weeks earlier than last year. Happy days!
