Is there an equivalent product to Thompson's WaterSeal available here?

I use a product called ASLAN silikolit Emprenye....for my windowsills and terraces. Bought mine from jimmy at the yapi market opposite the DVD shop on the main toad in Catalkoy

Hilltop what are you trying to seal, non glazed tiles, render etc. If it's sandstone/porous surface then the weber emprenyne is really good, used it past 2 years it provides a good protective coating.
