Not sure if similar to Thompson's, but this I believe is for concrete slabs etc.

There is a product similar to Thompsons Water Seal which is a clear liquid . This is called Weber Emprenye. Hope this helps.

I use a product called ASLAN silikolit Emprenye....for my windowsills and terraces. Bought mine from jimmy at the yapi market opposite the DVD shop on the main toad in Catalkoy

Hilltop what are you trying to seal, non glazed tiles, render etc. If it's sandstone/porous surface then the weber emprenyne is really good, used it past 2 years it provides a good protective coating.
