Senaks in Girne, you could try him. He makes jewelry so may be able to help. Down the steps towards the old harbour, small shop on the left just past the road with the mosque.

There is a very good jeweller repairer off Girne high street. Last time I was in there I asked, via an interpreter, whether he copied/made jewellery and he does. He is used by many of the jewellers around for alterations. From the George take the 2nd road on the right, about 200 metres down is a small arcade that sells printed T shirts. Go down to the end and turn left. Shop is at the end. While he doesn't speak English one of the guys selling T shirts does.
