Does anybody know if the tagging system is being used now for property owners returning from UK ( Northern Ireland) into Ercan. If so do you also know if there is a cost attached?

My neighbour told me that it was supposed to be from today but it's gone very quiet on the subject.
Yes there is a cost but that also has not been decided, it's supposed to aleviate the hotel costs paid by the government for quarantine.

The Communicable Diseases Supreme Committee, which convened under the Communicable Diseases Law, announced the latest decisions. Here are those decisions: 1. It has been decided to extend the quarantine decisions taken until 16 November 2020 until 23:59 on 30 November 2020. 2. Based on the increasing number of cases in GASC, our Board re-evaluated all decisions taken. As of 17.11.2020, it has been decided that everyone who will enter our country from the GASC and stay in our country for more than 3 days will enter the country by submitting the negative PCR test result at the entrance and remain under quarantine for 7 days. However, anyone who will enter our country from the GASC for 3 days or less will be able to enter without quarantine if they submit negative PCR test results within the last 3 days. These people will be informed verbally by Immigration officers at the entrance. From this application, those who work in the GASC, those who receive education (including registered parents) and those who receive treatment, Pile residents, the diplomatic mission in Cyprus, UN, EU,
3. It has been decided to postpone the decision to open boxing, wrestling and melee sports until 30 November 2020. 4. It has been decided to postpone clubs and discos, which are entertainment venues, until 30 November 2020. 5. In line with the request submitted to us by the Directorate of Sports Department, it was deemed appropriate to do non-contact sports in Kempo sports branches. 6. It was decided to open the exhibitions within the scope of social distance, mask pandemic rules. 7. In the areas where cinemas and theaters will be realized, it has been decided to provide the necessary hygiene and ventilation of the environment, and to open the audience in a way that the audience is seated at least 1.5 meters apart from the front and back.
