According to my copy of Google maps, in Turkish it's the Girne Çevreyolu, which can be translated as Ring road, Periphery road, Orbital road or anything of that sort.
However since we're speaking UK English, I'll stick with Bypass
To think that I resigned from the Spelling Police 15 years ago!

Baseline computers (close to Mr Pound in Girne) have loads of covers and cases in stock.
