Car details change

Is it correct that you can change details if ownership in the logbook in Girne tax office. Not changing car just amending owners, or do I need to travel to Lefkosa?

Yes we did yesterday. Passports copies of all parties and 20tl stamp

We did it in Gazelyurt. No Queues 20 Tl stamp-bought there with no markup- copies of passport used to buy the car and original.

Yes we all attended. Otherwise POA is required.

All done and dusted in Girne yesterday, got ticket, we waited about 45 mins then very easy with copies of passport and 20 tl stamp.
