Just for information...if you know of anyone whom you think will be in the categories mentioned in U.K. family or friends and maybe might not get to know about this, there are always some that may fall through the net, it’s always good to have the information to tell people what to expect and make sure they receive their allocation.

Re: Free Vitamins to Vulnerable People in U.K.
A useful and appreciated tip; fortunately my wife and I have for the last few years been taking vitamin supplements (an age thing) - as stated, "clinically extremely vulnerable people" will benefit.
But how do "clinically extremely vulnerable people" become recorded as such? My wife is diagnosed with COPD and just last autumn was in intensive care with pneumonia, I have had heart problems and was diagnosed with COPD many years ago - all this is recorded with and known by our GPs - and we have not received word one about precautions and etc. from them! (Incidently, the first "Covid" advice from our local council was just four months ago...).
We have great faith in the NHS (from hospital treatment we have received from THEM), but our local GPs - useless, uncaring quacks! No wonder we rely on our own intelligence and common sense to (hopefully) keep ourselves safe and healthy...

I think you should contact the hospital where your wife was treated and yourself and speak to them and go back to your GP and ask why you have not been flagged up.. Also look at this link

My husband is 'clinically extremely vulnerable' and received a letter from the Government this morning. Vitamin D supplements are not being sent out automatically, except for care homes. You need to opt in and register your details on www.nhs.uk/get-vitamin-d for a 4 month supply.
I know this is not TRNC related but as the subject had been raised thought I would post an update for information.
