Re: Lock down update
Thank you Reyntj.
It's certainly not completely clear yet, so we will just have to wait and see.
My own thoughts are that if you do NOT live in Girne/Lefkosa regions, you are allowed to travel....but not without permission to Girne/Lefkosa areas. I do stress this is just what is my understanding of the article, and could well be wrong.
Curfew between 2000-0500 still exists for all areas.

Re: Lock down update
Does anyone know when gardeners, pool cleaners, painters and log delivery people can return to work?

Re: Lock down update
I'm told that you don't need to apply for a Street Permit if you are going to Lefkosia or Girne for your second jab, provided of course that you have passport and green card, but I can't find mention of that in the latest rules.

Re: Lock down update
If you live in Girne you need police permission to go to Lefkoşa, not sure about vaccines though. Seems like I need permission to go to work, oh well!
Re: Lock down update
Does anyone know if it is ok to take a walk for exercise on the street and or the coast path or hillside tracks?

Re: Lock down update
This is what the BRS say;
"People can now go to open spaces for exercise, but the TRNC Government urges people to use the closest option to their homes. For those who are looking for a link to this information, there is not one, but you may note that the clarification came from the Prime Ministry to the BRS."
We will be on the Lapta coastal path tomorrow morning.
