Sorry if this has already been posted, but couldn't find anything.

Anyway, you should register, no matter your age group, and when it's your turn, you will be sent an SMS message for appointment. They say it will be sent 3 days before the appointment.

People who have already had their vaccination should also register, there's a bit there to choose if you have had no jab, 1 jab or two.

Also, if you are applying with medical conditions from a drop down list, you will need to take a medical report with you.

The Ministry of Health are NOT passing on the online information you may provide, so go to your local Belediyesi and register there.

So now all the computer and/or paper work someone filled in whilst we were having our actual jab has come to nothing and we have to re do it for them. i.e. alphamike 3rd para. We've had two jabs and now we have to confirm that we've had our two jabs. I really did believe they had begun to have joined up computers.

I was on a list with my local Belydere office. I called in yesterday to check if the list is still valid. It was confirmed that the list has been ‘binned’. Everyone has to register on the new online system and will be contacted by SMS with an appointment day and time.

Enter Scaffolding
Region will then give Yeni Erenkoy as an option.

Just tried registering. Keeps saying that credentials cannot be verified.
Tried for myself and partner. Partner has residency permit which was done online. My residency permit was done the old way .just in case there was a link.
Obviously not. Any ideas out there.

A friend told me that there are reports on FB that a lot of people are having problems with registering, and it was thought at first it was linked somehow to residency, but, not the case as many TC's have been having the same problem, so could be a glitch in the system.

I know that our local Bele (Tatlisu) are offering help to those who are having problems registering, so worth a go trying with your Bele if you still can't get registered.

I didn't have any problems, registered straight away. Just make sure that you put the full name as in your passport. Passport no. as is (doesn't require PAS or anything else before it). Other than that, sorry, I haven't a clue.

If you are having problems registering check no commas or full stops in your application entries.
I received a 008 error code first attempt.
Removed commas, from my address entry
2nd attempt 👍 successful.

Filled online form, many attempts.... would not accept my Kimlik number ( old kimlik with just 6 numbers ). Would not accept my UK passport number either.... comes up with ID error code 008. Went to local Belediye, they had same issue with my online application. Ministry of Health was contacted, and they said that they were aware of the problems and had received many complaints. They explained that they were currently dealing with issues and will fix online form by end of next week.
So, advice is to try and resubmit your details online, towards end of the coming week.

So where does it actually SAY that if you have already had one or two jabs that you also need to fill in this form? I remain concerned that those who fill in that they have already had two jabs may be duplicating figures that have already been input by the departments that have given the jabs, if so this can cause problems in actual counts later on!

Waddo,I presume that when you input that you have had 2 jabs then you go into the statistic of 'vaccinated '

There is a huge translation/explanation of the form in todays C2D. Can't get through it all at one go, my brain was aching by the time I got half way through. Give it a go and see what you think.!!

My application failed first time - BUT I had missed out my middle name. It doesn't specifically ask for it but as soon as I added it to the first name in the box it went through straight away!!!

And it all translated into english using google translate on my pc so made it very easy.....

Soner, spotted that but still wondered! Anyway we both filled in the on line forms and both ticked the 2 dose box. Printed out the copy as required and stuck it in the passport with all the other bits. Just hope we don't get an appointment now that should have gone to somebody who has not had any vaccination!!

Noted also that the form (Vaccination Table) have not been updated at all so probably it is not working as it should?

Well, having registered through the phone some three weeks ago, then went to Lapta clinic and registered again with a Belediyesi man, now just done the online form!!! Most annoying that they hadn't bothered to put the questions in English as well (also other languages someone is bound to say) but managed with aid of dictionary and a friend to do what was necessary. So, we will now see how long before the first vaccination for me.

I might be unpopular with this opinion, and it's most definitely not aimed at the OP as he resolved the issue, but I have seen similar comments on other social media sites - surely, when living in a foreign country, people should make use of the many, many tools available to translate the local language, rather than expecting it to be done for them - and if they don't know how, ask someone?

Re Steveodp - well the Residency form is in English as well - why not this. I dare say they will get there one day. It was not a real complaint just an observation that it would make it easier for all if in English too - quote the president,' we wish for more expats to come to our country' ........ Having spent four years attempting to learn Turkish, it cannot be said that I haven't bothered. And I did use a dictionary and phoned a friend!!

Friends told me that they believe that only people that applied on line for their residency permits can use,this system. My partner did her residency on line and I used the old system.
Behold... hers went through and mine did not. It appears that you have to put exactly what details you gave regarding address and name ...ie middle name if you had one. Forgot about the middle name... however .. like I said... only if you did your residency on line previous.
So those who used the old system are being error 8 coded.
That's what happened to us anyway. No doubt others are different.

The BRS have just mailed me, that number is correct. It says the system can handle 5 calls at once with 10 in the queue.

Cannot get anywhere online form easy to fill out but was not accepted numerous times, phoned number given, then given another phone number to ring, keep getting cut off from this one ???? Where to go next ????

Just used your link and all went well!!!
Slightly confusing to find United Kingdom under Nationality, but then I remembered that the original form was Turkish - looked under 'B' and found it :) :)
I said we had our second jab and now we have a form saying 'registration completed successfully !! But it also said they will contact us when it's our turn to vaccinate!! Well.....whatever.... :) :)

( (Alsancak not mentioned) Got to the bottom of the form, filled in the fact I had had two jabs, submittted it and then it bounced back with an incorrect information message and I had to ring the 0546 990 1313. This was answered almost immediately in Turkish (but I defy a Turkish speaker to have understood the message as it was so garbled and indistinct) Jumped to another phone, similar poor indistinct message, jumped to yet another phone and another garbled message which I sort of understood, asking where I wanted the Ambulance sent to. !!! I know we should be able to speak Turkish, but as I said earlier, I defy them to have understood the appalling reception.

Having completed the online form successfully, do I also have to ring the new number???? I registered firstly by phone some weeks ago, then went to Lapta clinic and registered again there, now done the online form - no sign of first jab yet!! Is there still a shortage of vaccine - or do I need to phone them now????
