Help with friends electric bill

Friend stuck in UK cannot pay her electric bill online because she hasn't got her Kibtek account number;
Can I pay for her using just her address and if so is there anywhere other than Kibtek in Girne where I can pay it?

I wouldn't think so. Can you go into the office and see if they can give you her account number then she can pay online? I have found them them to be very responsive on Facebook messenger so maybe try asking them there.

Call the Kibtek Help Centre on 0392 6000960 and explain the situation. Give them name of the account holder, address, number on the meter if there is one and maybe passport number of account holder if they ask for ID.

They are very helpful I find.
