CinnaGen Pharmaceuticals facilities where Sputnik V vaccine will be produced in Turkey were displayed for the first time. Trial production of the vaccine will begin in the coming days, and both Russia and Turkey will examine the first samples. High volume production will be started towards the summer. Turkey gets its third vaccine from Russia. Following the first 50 million doses of vaccine given by Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca the previous day, the production of Sputnik V, developed by the Russian Gamelia Institute, will now be made in Turkey.

the translation is not very good... and info inaccurate...
Turkey signed a deal for 50m doses sputnikV to be delivered in the next 6 month to "help address a short-term fall in supply".
(turkeys roll out started somewhat nice with a "somewhat not so nice vaccine", but now is stuck at 260 doses per 1000. EU at approx 350, UK at 700).

when the production of sputnik in Turkey will start is not announced yet.
as it is "not so easy" to just start a vaccine production and get it certified (but on the other hand, who cares), i guess 4th quarter of 2021 or even 2022...
