Hi,
KıbTEK has just made an announcement that electricity will be cut at 9am today to the "Lapta Başpınar Meydanı’nın dağ kısmına" (the region above the Başpınar "Square"). According to KıbTEK, the power could be restored possibly earlier or later than 4pm.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Also hopefully you're not affected.
