Would you buy in NC or ship?

If you’d buy in NC where?

Wireless1, I personally would go wireless, just uses a remote control. Bought ours in the south but shops here in Girne like Electrucur (spelling?) Would have a good selection.

Tektan has ceiling fans. They don't seem to have a website but advertise on Facebook.

Amazed that Electrakur didn't have any, but yes Tektan would certainly be a supplier to visit. There has obviously been a run on them this summer.

We tried Elektrokur in May/June and they told us they were finished then.

Wireless, have you considered buying from the south, bought ours from Leroy Merlin, good selection and plenty of stock.

Wireless, fair comment , but if you haven't yet done so check the weight of these things, the motor part is not light and if you are bringing several over the weight adds up. You mentioned Westinghouse a quality make. Just helped out a neighbour with a fan problem which I think was of the same make. The electronic receiver in the fan failed causing nothing to work so it may be worth while getting a spare or two to bring over as well as iam pretty sure it's somthing you won't source over here. Best of luck!

Few years ago bought 5 blade ceiling fan for kitchen from Tekzen in Airport Mall. It is so much better than the ones we shipped over from UK (which only have 4 blades). Checked price compared to UK and there wasn't much of a difference. No remote, but didn't want that for the kitchen anyway.
Save yourself the hassle of carting them over and possible extra baggage cost and just buy here.
