pcr tests for the North

Am I correct in saying that fully vaccinated people travelling to Larnaca don't need a PCR test, the PCR test however is needed for entry to the North??
If that is correct then that will decimate the tourist visits to the North?
Is there any sign that this may change?

That is correct.
