Cohabiting forms
Printed the new co habiting forms for residency
Anyone know what I put in the boxes for legal authorisation type and legal authorising dates. Presume then I go to a noter for certification
Many thanks.

Re: Cohabiting forms
Good grief, sounds more like April 1st, but as this is TRNC I'm sure it isn't.

Re: Cohabiting forms
Not sure if this will be any help https://www.infonorthcyprus.com/temporary-residency under the section
People who may apply for a family residence permit
It mentions having the form notarised, perhaps the legal bits are completed by the Notar?
You could try contacting The Foreign Resident's Society who produce the above guide https://www.infonorthcyprus.com/contact

A visit to an Advocate rather than a Notar, might be necessary.

Re: Cohabiting forms
Just returned from immigration. They don't know about the forms either.
A letter from a noter stating cohabiting and that you are the guarantor would suffice . Or so they said!
