Typical ... Paid the 80 quid for PCR as travelling today. Only now to be informed that a notam has not been done therefore not required.
Disgrace

Is that correct (I know the BRS says it is) but under the new regs even if the U.K. stays Amber/Orange a PCR test is required.
Only difference between RED and AMBER is the former required a 72hr test AFTER entry to the TRNC.

Just went on TRNC Ministry of Health website. Seems like UK has moved back to Orange from today.
You need PCR test anyway to enter:

ORANGE;

VACCINATED or HAVE HAD THE DISEASE;
Pre-departure negative PCR result from the last 72 hours.
Quarantine-free entry

Soner.
Not according to the BRS when I queried their email. They’ve just replied:

“Having just returned from the UK there is no requirement for fully-vaccinated travellers to have a PCR test prior to travel, but you will be tested on entry.

If this changes you will be notified.”

Interesting, as this is what is on TRNC MoH as from today 29/11/2021:

ORANGE;

VACCINATED or HAVE HAD THE DISEASE;
Pre-departure negative PCR result from the last 72 hours.
Quarantine-free entry

That may have been the case if they had just returned from UK, Yesterday.

I'm trying to keep up as best I can with all three countries, not wanting to give incorrect information no matter how open to interpretation some of the info given out is. Hope all goes well.

No implied criticism of you or anyone else Soner. How on earth anyone can keep up with what’s going on is beyond me. Thank you for all you’re doing and best of luck to you in your endeavours.
