Crossing to ROC with British passport

Can you cross into the ROC with your British passport without any hassle as we are no longer in the EU?

I had no issues crossing into ROC in August with an EU British passport with residency stamps in. I had issues at Larnaca though - a lecture about politics etc.

I renewed my passport recently to a new British passport and had no issues at crossings or Larnaca in November.

We had no hassle going south on Thursday. No one checked our passports or paperwork entering or leaving the ROC.

So they don't check your passport when crossing the border? Which border do you use? Also do you live in the trnc full time or do you go back and forth regularly?

Yes we live in the TRNC permanently and when we have 90 days we cross regularly.
On Thursday we used Metahan and no absolutely nothing was checked.

To cross the border do we need PCR test or lateral flow test if fully vaccinated and how long before 72 hours?

Antigen test no older than seven days to cross the border.
