Residency renewal
We are at the stage of paying for our insurance. I have entered the details of our credit West credit card and got the page up where it is telling you that they will send a code to your phone. Nothing comes. Anybody have any ideas. Is Credit West a valid card for this.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Residency renewal
Contact Credit West it's obviously their problem. Any Turkish Credit card should work on Health Insurance payments.

Re: Residency renewal
Perhaps check with Credit West that they have the correct phone number linked to the card used? Or if you know the phone number is linked try again later. This sometimes happens when I try to log into my bank, the code doesn't come then a few come at once. Also could be a problem with the telephone network, texts are not always instant especially when the network is busy.Eric7622 wrote: ↑Fri 20 May 2022 9:31 amWe are at the stage of paying for our insurance. Is your card setup/authorised for online payments?

Re: Residency renewal
We also had problems with Credit West card.
Our residency all went through fine until code, like Eric7622 nothing came through on phone
Yes, cards set up and authorised for online payments as confirmed by Credit West.
We were advised to change sim card in phone even change the phone, changed sim cheaper option but same problem, thankfully a friend paid for us and we reimbursed them.
We have no trouble getting text messages from Card Plus when we have used cards in shops or to pay phone online and any monthly statement
All very strange

Re: Residency renewal
Looks like your card isn't authorised for online payments. Contact Creditwest.
