Re: What are we paying kilowatt hour
New charges from 1st July :
For the first 1000 Kw it goes up in bands of 250 units after that every unit is charged at ₺4.6237 (plus KDV @ 10%)
First 250 units are ₺1.6110 each (250 = ₺402.75)
Next 250 units are ₺3.3237 each (250 = ₺830.93)
Next 250 units are at ₺3.5737 each (250 = ₺893.43)
Next 250 units are at ₺3.8737 each (250 = ₺968.43)
So if you used 1000 units add up each of these 4 totals (402.75+830.93+893.43+968.43) = ₺3095.54
plus 10% KDV = ₺3405.09
If you use more than 1000, multiply each additional unit by ₺4.6237 (or 5.09 with KDV added)
There is also a monthly standing charge, dependent on number of days the bill covers and a street lighting charge.

The rates quoted are for the normal tariff, not for temporary (builder's electric) which is charged at ₺4.6237 per Kw.
For comparison, I've attached the electricity rates that were used between 2000 and 2015, it looks like all units were charged at 0.04 in 2000.

Re: What are we paying kilowatt hour
I dread Monday receiving the bills, especially after a hot month. Last month my customers bills totalled over 10,000 and when I did my normal shocked silly look coc para, I got back bring double next month!!!
Being a bank holiday maybe it will be sent Tuesday
Holiday lets normally allow 300 units a week and charge in sterling, realistically we were paying £29 a month in the uk 2004 and still paying a lot less.

As the link shows it depends upon which area you live, so the standing charges are different.
So example for me in U.K. South East, was with Southern Electric and on April 1st this year we were taken over by OVO.
Standing Charge for Electric 47.28p…..Tariff per KWh 31.04p
Standing Charge for Gas. 32.02p…..Tariff per KWh 7.07p

That’s quite a difference. Over the weekend there’s been more discussion about the Standing Charge in general, to see what can be done about bringing the price down.
