Paypoint
Is anyone else having trouble with Paypoint I've been trying to pay our water bill since Saturday and all it says is that transaction is cancelled.

Re: Paypoint
I have just paid my Kibtek bill with Paypoint but it did take two attempts. The first time the confirmation of payment page told me to wait. I did but nothing happened so I started all over. The second time it went through normally.

Re: Paypoint
I too had problems with Paypoint, but mine concerned choosing the correct credit card. Every time I chose my Garanti credit card the next page defaulted to Koop bank! I called the helpline in Turkey and they advised me to choose the first credit card, Card Plus. I did so, filled in the details and that choice defaulted to the Garanti page for confirmation!
Managed to pay my bills successfully that way! They're obviously having issues.
I also noticed they're now charging a 3TL fee, this didn't happen before. It's still a wonderfully convenient way to pay bills though.

Re: Paypoint
I paid both Kibtek and KKTCell using Paypoint on Saturday with no problem. I've just double checked my receipts and wasn't charged a fee.

Re: Paypoint
Maybe I was charged a fee because I wasn't using my bank's page initially, but certainly 3TL was added to my phone bill. Not sure about my electricity bill.

Re: Paypoint
Paypoint worked just fine for me yesterday, Kibtek and phones' payments. Google Chrome, MacBookPro.
