online house rental declaration and payment

We have registered our rental contract and have a password etc to pay online.
The rental started from 1st September.
We have tried to navigate around the site to make payment for the September rent but we are unfortunately having no luck. Been using Google translate but it hasn't made things much clearer.
We are presuming we have to make an online declaration for the month but can't find out how to do it.
Can anyone point us in the right direction otherwise it will mean visiting the tax office to make payment!!!

The system isn't very intuitive/user friendly. If you use chrome, tap the 3 vertical dots on rhs and select translate which will auto translate for you.

I may be wrong but you should probably pay the first month's rental tax at the office, there isn't usually a queue and you've got until 15th of the month. Once you've done that you can then draft a declaration from that one which is simpler, then approve it and pay. I can describe that process but not doing it from scratch. Maybe someone else can help you with that.

Thank you for your help Aylin. We will make a trip to the tax office then try again online next month.
We thought it was strange that there was a section where you could copy previous declarations but couldnt find anywhere to complete one from scratch.

Tbh, I've been doing it for a few months and manage to go slightly wrong each time but get there in the end. I've started to write instructions for myself but end up going a bit wrong, trying lots of things until I eventually remember what to do by which time all good intentions of writing the process down go out the window. I will try to write the full thing next month and, if you remind me, I'll send you a copy.

I have been using this for nearly a year and every month I struggle. It is not easy. Does anyone know how you can get the payment deducted in one go? It always takes half the first month and then the second half of the payment the next month which gets so confusing.

I have also been having problems with this. My Turkish neighbour tried to do it for me but even they couldn’t manage it ! I would be very grateful come-on-aylin if you could also send me a copy.

I reluctantly go to tax office every month. It takes 5 minutes and there is never a queue. I find this easier for me.

No queue as most landlords don't register to pay the tax ???

You can go every 2 months without any problems, have done so for a couple of years!! just go the day after your contract date, ie if you registered on the 15th then go on the 16th two months later and they'll take 2 payments. 50% less hassle!!

I try to go every month but sometimes it's 2 or even 3 it's never been a problem you get charged a small penalty if your late .
