PPC seem to have sorted out their problems Just paid two accounts on two different UK bank cards and system worked like a hot knife through butter.

Wish we could just pay residency through PPC, now would that not make it easy? Maybe the BRS could suggest that the PPC takes over residency - lol.

Waddo, now you're taking things to the extreme. Never in a Million years will they allow people to be out of a job if it meant simplifying a procedure.

BJB, You are talking about Civil Service jobs so being out of work never applies! You just get (offered) moved to a different job, possibly in a different area at the same pay - OR - you can leave! It is up to you!
Here it is a bit different, if your job is no longer required then they will just "invent" another one for you if they want to keep you - of course if you are a troublemaker (like refusing to make the coffee) then it is also a simple way to thin down staff.
