Went pass Mr Pound, China Bazaar, Reasonably Expensive Restaurants. Clothes shops, coffee shops and car parks were overflowing to bursting. Locals are certainly learning how to spend their 4,000tl gross.

The increase will have to be passed on to the consumer therefore rising prices will soon eat away at the wage increase = INFLATION!

If you have a Work Permit, do employers pay all the Sigorta?

Depends on how good your boss is. Also with work permit costs too. Plus the bounty that has to be lodged too

Exactly, they should do and pay for your work permit which I've heard varies according to nationality and yes the bounty/bond. Any employer that asks you to pay is breaking the law.
