I enjoyed a full English at Tim’s Cafe.

For traditional Cypriot / Turkish breakfast, try Hanımeller along the Lapta strip,

or...
Kasaba da Kahvaltı situated up in the hills between Girne and Alsancak, accessible from the bypass (sign posted where to turn off).

Turkish breakfast Ilgaz Kahvaltı Ev, just before Hoots, best I've ever had. English breakfast, no idea!

Rabinez for a fantastic turkish breakfast and the best Gozleme. No idea about English breakfast though. Mario's do one, alesta I think too.

Positively the best English breakfast you can get is Red Ribbin, super dooper!

We've not tried many places but Helim in the Harbour is our favourite and it's always full of locals which speaks volumes.
