Problems with BBC I Player

Is anyone having problems with BBC I Player, Can get into I Player but not live channel, ITV X is OK any help would be appreciated

If this happens to me I re-establish the connection to my VPN and it sorts it out.

Hi been having issues with this for a long time on live channels with BBC Iplayer as have friends - usually Error 2000 but a variety of others. We are using a firestick to access it. There is a thread on this in the TV section as well.

We use Nord Vpn which has always been great - the fact we can replay programmes but not live, suggest issue is not with VPN; we can access all other UK channels fine. I am not a complete numpty with IT, but both friends and myself have not been able to resolve this.

How are you accessing it? Smart TV, Firestick, etc.
