Pool Maintenance Cost

I was perusing an estate agent site earlier - not a serious look, just an interest that may develop sometime - and came across a property for rent which was a lovely looking place with a private pool. Normally (if that's a thing!) I see properties of that ilk with pool maintenance included in the rent. This one wasn't. It was clearly advertised as pool and garden maintenance the responsibility of the renter.
I don't have an issue with this - it's nice to see clear advertising upfront.
So my question is, how much is pool maintenance monthly/annually in general?

NB - not looking for recommendations, just an opinion.

60gbp a month, same all the year round - once in winter, twice in summer. The chap has warned that he will probably have to put up to 65gbp soon because of huge increase in chemicals.
