Salad Dressings

Italian Salad Dressing

• ¾ Cup Vegetable oil
• ¼ cup cider vinegar
• 2 table spoons water
• 1 tea spoon minced garlic
• 2 tea spoons sugar
• 1 ½ tea spoons salt
• ¼ tea spoon pepper
• 1 tea spoon Parmesan cheese

Lemon & Mustard Dressing

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ tea spoon Dijon Mustard
• ¼ tea spoon sea salt
• 4 table spoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil


Best Dressing

• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 table spoon minced onion
• 1 table spoon Parmesan cheese
• 1 tea spoon salt
• ¾ tea spoon Worcester sauce
• ¾ tea spoon Oregano
• ¾ tea spoon English mustard from a jar.
• ¾ tea spoon Basil
• ¾ tea spoon sugar
• ¾ tea spoon Pepper
• ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
• 1 table spoon Lemon juice
