Bacon & Onion rolled suet pudding (or Roly Poly)

Fancied an old school dinners dish the other day and decided to make it. When was the last time you had this?
Bacon and Onion Steamed Roly Poly (Suet Pudding)
Ingredients:
1) 180g Beef Suet
2) 300g Flour (self-raising)
3) 150/200oz water
4) ¼ tsp salt
Mix ingredients into a dough ball
5) 2 large onions
6) Packet of smoked bacon
Method:
1) Roll out dough ¼ inch thick – rectangular
2) Add diced onions with layer of bacon pieces on top
3) Roll and close ends
4) Wrap in parchment paper
5) Seal with aluminium foil
6) Steam for 2 ½ hours
