Kind regards

Re: Power of Attorney
You might as well not bother as wherever it is going to be used the authorities will want to see a specific instruction that that particular action eg sign for electric meter is covered.
We have experience of several POAs drawn up by lawyers & notaries which have been rejected at the Tapu because the wording is incorrect or not to their liking.
I would suggest you jot down every possible clause you want to cover then go to see Unsal the Notary opposite the law courts

I had power of attorney drawn up so I could manage my parents affairs which included selling their house and like Ozankoys says it was all covered in the POA and when used it had to be specified.

I can thoroughly recommend Dogan Boransel at Aphrodite, who is a Noter, for a POA, we had some very specific requirements for ours and he thought of all sorts of eventualities and covered them all in the POA. We had no problems at all when we came to use it .
