I use a service run outside of NC, where you are able to book on a monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly basis.
The guy also offers a 2-day free trial...due to net issues i was experiencing I ended up taking 2 weeks free, on and off.

Shows a degree of confidence from the provider in his service imo.
