Korucam Festival - sunday until 4p.m.

sorry it is short notice, but I went this evening to the opening of the Korucam Festival. wonderful, - so Cypriot, and particularly wonderful as it is the first St.George's Festival since 1974. This is a Maronite village and the big church is St.George's - had a tour of it today - first time I have ever managed to go in. \Interesting that most people did not know that England had St.George as its patron saint! So it was education all round. If you have a chance to go tomorrow to take a look, it is small but beautiful with traditional crafts, food and friendliness.
