Property Purchase Tax to increase to 16%

I suppose it was stupid of me asking Ünal Üstel's brother last night to ask him the question when the 12% Property Purchase Tax is likely to go down, only to be told if we're thinking of buying to do so quickly as it's actually due to go UP, to 16%!!!

Not funding this all take no give administration any more. Last one out turn off the lights.
