Re: Ercan Airport Yielding Big Profit
I don't think they will recover their money very quickly if yesterday was anything to go by. Dropped someone off at Ercan yesterday for 6pm flight to Stansted. Place was virtually deserted, only three franchises open prior to going through passport control. Hardly anyone on the one hour carpark. Only one exit door open to get to carpark from main building, and that took some finding, the rest were chained shut. Now I know what people mean about the underground carpark. All the lights are sensored and they came off and on as we walked through it.
70tl fee for three quarters of an hour I thought was very reasonable. Loads of cars and buses parked illegally and making no money.
