Money transfer from TRNC to the UK

Hi could anyone please advise me.I need to transfer a large amount of sterling from the TRNC to my bank in the UK does anyone know which bank would be the best to do the transfer from to avoid high bank charges from the from the TRNC or Turkish Banks. Thanks

Credit west has a good right up for transfer. Not sure if you need an account though.

I am in the reverse situation. I need sterling cash here in TRNC but it is currently in a UK bank. PM me and maybe we can help each other out and both avoid some charges.
