Can CB.com hire cars be taken to the south?

Does any one know if Cyprusbooking.com hire cars can be taken to the south?

As you will require addition paper work the only people that can answer the question is the company you’re hiring from.

Cyprus Booking will ring YOU back if you enter your detais on their website (see advert/link at the top of this page) ...

Their FAQs and Terms of Service don't mention taking hire cars to the South.

Even foreign phone numbers? I’m out of the country at the moment.

To be honest, I think the answer is no. I’m sure I’ve asked before at some point.
