Bad buffering/freezing on NTV
For the past 4/5 days we have had a terrible reception on NTV particularly BBC1/2. Good internet speeds so that is not the problem

Today we have experienced issues related to our Internet connection in general, coming from Turk Telekom, from approx 7pm till 9pm.
The problem has now been rectified by Turk Telekom and everything seems to be back to normal.
In this rare instance, a speedtest to Multimax servers (http://www.mmcyp.com) would show good speeds as there was nothing wrong with the Multimax network itself, but the connection to the outside network was a lot worse than it should be.
The problem has now been rectified. I am just providing information that today's problem during those hours could be from Multimax and not NTV. Cannot comment on other days.
We apologize for the problem that was outside of our control and thank you for your understanding.
