Speedtest no longer available from Multimax
Once again the system which was working perfectly well has failed. If there is a problem with NTV we are always told to check the broadband speed but this is no longer available from Multimax. Have tried without to success to log into the system they say replaces the old one. What are we supposed to do now??????????

Re: Speedtest no longer available from Multimax
Hi Muffin
I am not aware of any issues with the speed test on the MM website which should be available here https://www.mmcyp.com/en/speedtest
Have just tested it from my home MM connection and its working fine from there. Also there is no need to log in to use it, though if your are using a VPN (MMs or a third party one) you should disconnect from that before trying the speed test. If the link above does not work for you please do contact us and we will try and work out why.
Thanks
Erol

Re: Speedtest no longer available from Multimax
Just a quick update on this
For anyone who is getting a message on the MM speed test page saying the speed test has expired can you please press ctrl+f5 (hold down the ctrl key and whilst holding it down press the f5 key) - this will force your browser to update the locally saved version of this page with the latest one and should get the speed test working again.
Thanks
Erol

Kagga, be careful, without a prescription you just don't know what you are getting yourself into!
