NTV HELP REQUIRED

I have tried the NTV help line, But had no solution(OR RESPONSE) but any one out there had a problem with sound?
Or rather lack of.
I have a great picture but no sound coming from my TV.
TV is working fine with DVD and lap top (streaming through it), but i cannot get any sound from my MAG 250.
Any one else had the same problem.
Checked all the leads to the box and tv etc..
Two days lip reading...

Try running your NTV through a laptop,If you get sound, then the issue is with your MAG250 box I would think.

possibly a long shot but the set top box has a volume control of its own on the remote could that be the problem?

Have you tried turning it all off at the mains for about 15 seconds and then back on. That has worked for me in the past.

I guess it must be the mag 250 box

A mate of mine thought he had the same problem. I took my box to his house, his mag box was OK.
If you know someone close to you why not ask them to try their box on your tv?
