Shop selling used mobile phones
Is there a second hand mobile phone shop in or around Girne? Good, used ones can't just get thrown away???

Have a look down Canbulat Sokak - heading down the 'Main street' (Zıya Rızkı Caddesi) from Girne Belediyesi, it's on the right hand side, past the Round Tower.
There are a lot of mobile 'phone shops down there, (and in the surrounding area) and I'm sure that I've seen second-hand 'phones for sale.
If you are after a simple 'old-style' phone - not a 'Smart phone' - then Laconic sell a brand new one for around 80TL, which might be a better bet than an old beaten up 'phone with a dodgy battery

There are loads of them, some selling very new models, when people just get bored and want the latest model. Go down the main High Street and turn right down the road just before the road that leads to the Ataturk Stature on the front next to the Dome. Just about every other shop sells second hand phones or is a Barber. All of them are well worth a visit, most of the guys can repair phones as well.

Agree with Keith,
Bought an Android phone there a few years ago.
They can repair them too.
Samsung Galaxy Note II (600TL then)
Does everything it says on the box & more.
Like a mini PC.
Still going strong.
New batteries are between £6 & £10, locally.
Plenty of options down there
Definitely worth a look, if you know what you're looking for.
