Hi - does anyone know where I can get a battery for a LG G4 phone please...We have taken the phone to a few repair shops in Kyrenia and they said the phone is not repairable but we wanted to double check it wasn't the battery. Thank you

Thank you for the suggestion. We have tried the charger with the battery in an out... what's important is getting the photos and they wasn't back up. Not sure how we can get them.

You didn't really answer the question - could the 'phone be powered up when the charger was plugged into it?

If it didn't, then it's likely that the fault is not due to the battery.

Unless the 'phone has suffered water damage, then the manufacturers should be able to get it to a state where the stored photo's can be retrieved - if no one local seems able or willing to attempt it...

One final thing that you could try before contacting the manufacturers - connect the 'phone to a PC / Laptop and see what happens - if you're really lucky, you might be able to transfer data, even though the 'phone screen doesn't light up (not that I hold out a great deal of hope!).

The G4 has a card slot and you may have put an expansion card in but are the photos on it.....

OK, if no one local is prepared to tackle it, and the photos are really important, then your best option is probably to contact the manufacturer - unless anyone else has any bright ideas!
