From what I have been lead to believe you must apply for residency, if your living here, using the 90 day rule I think only applies if your out of the TRNC for more than 45 days
Best to get it confirmed as they will come down heavy if your not doing it correctly

The law states if you are here for more than 90 days at a time you must apply. Coming and going just to get another 90 days is risky as you can be refused entry and you dont always get 90 days each time sometimes its only 7 days.

Can I extend this thread regarding Residency and ask what is required for Citizenship, like how many years, approximate cost and what paperwork is required.

You can apply for permanent residency after I think 7 yrs, some one will correct me no doubt.
