Hornets nest

Hi does anybody know how to get rid of a hornets nest? Seem to be nesting under our roof tiles.
Have had a lot of them buzzing round for a week or so as well as wasps around the pool.
Will the beli guys be of help? And any idea of the cost would be much appreciated.
