Forgive me if I'm wrong about this, but isn't it the Employer's (i.e. your) responsibility to arrange the Work Permit?

If someone has a work permit with another employer, it can't be transferred, can it?

So you will still be arranging the work permit for the new worker, won't you?

I am not applying for the job, by the way, but I thought that the position should be clarified for any prospective job hunters...

Please feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong

yes your right its up to the employer to sort out the work permit, i was hoping it was lost in translation somewhere that they meant kimlik holders

According to the employer ( it is not me !) it is a pain to organise a work permit , so she wants a citizen to employ.

Now we understand - a Kimlik card holder - someone who doesn't need a work permit! - We thought that something had got lost in the translation.

At least it will now be clear to prospective employees what is needed, and your advertisement has stayed at the top
