how are these people going to be employed are you offering them a full time postion which will have a work permit given?, posting for illegal workers is not recommended on open forums

Andrews is correct. Is this a charity do, because if so it comes into one category, but if it is a business venture then into another, and getting people to sell ticket son presumably commission, could be skating on thin ice.
Maybe more details would help
