Does anyone know if Eco Free Electric are still in business? They used to have an office in Karakum. We have emailed Paul but haven't got any response and everyone else seems to have left. We had an installation last August which is still incomplete, still haven't got our credit meter and still no government rebate as promised.

Hi Kibsolar, we have 4kw 16 panel system with battery back up installed. We have order paperwork and receipt. We provided all required documentation to Paul for net meter and government rebate and were told (by him) it was being processed! He confirmed in July that application process to government had been started. We did not pay additional £200 for new meter. Any help / advice you can give us would be much appreciated. Should we come and see you when we are there at beginning of August?

since july 2014 you have no more news or messages from paul about your application?
so, at first we should check whether your application was handed in at all!
